Terms of Service

Celebrate Life Travel & Events provides travel planning, travel advisory, itinerary planning, group travel, destination experiences, event-related travel services, and related travel services.

In addition to travel services, Celebrate Life Travel & Events provides event planning services, including event design, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, décor and entertainment curation, timeline management, on-site coordination, and related celebration services for private and group events.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may arrange travel through independent third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, destination management companies, travel insurance providers, and other travel suppliers.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events does not own or operate most of the travel services or facilities included in an itinerary unless expressly stated otherwise.

Travel arrangements made through Celebrate Life Travel & Events may be subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, cancellation policies, refund policies, and other rules established by the applicable travel supplier.

Travel supplier policies may vary depending on the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, destination, rate type, or booking.

By making a reservation through Celebrate Life Travel & Events, you agree to comply with the applicable travel supplier's terms and conditions.

Many of the services we arrange are provided by third-party suppliers — including airlines, hotels, tour operators, venues, and caterers — each with their own terms, conditions, and policies. Your booking with these providers is subject to their respective terms, and Celebrate Life Travel & Events acts as an intermediary on your behalf.

Travel quotes and prices provided by Celebrate Life Travel & Events may change until a reservation is confirmed and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Prices may be affected by availability, taxes, fees, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, supplier pricing, and other factors.

A quote provided by Celebrate Life Travel & Events does not necessarily constitute a guaranteed price or confirmed reservation.

Any applicable service fees, deposits, cancellation fees, change fees, or other charges will be disclosed to the client when applicable.

Payment requirements and payment deadlines vary by travel supplier and booking.

Clients are responsible for making all required payments by the applicable deadlines communicated by Celebrate Life Travel & Events or the applicable travel supplier.

Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of a reservation, loss of deposits, or other penalties imposed by the travel supplier.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events is not responsible for supplier penalties resulting from a client's failure to make timely payments.

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the applicable travel supplier and/or the specific terms of the client's booking.

Clients should carefully review applicable cancellation deadlines, penalties, deposits, and refund restrictions before making a reservation.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may charge separate service or administrative fees for certain changes, cancellations, or other services when such fees are disclosed to the client.

Certain travel arrangements may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to substantial cancellation penalties.

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms of each individual booking and the policies of the relevant travel or event provider. We will communicate all applicable policies before you confirm a booking and will assist you in navigating cancellations where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds beyond what each provider allows.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, entry permits, identification, vaccination documentation, and any other documents required for their travel.

Travel requirements may change.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may provide general travel information and resources; however, travelers remain responsible for verifying the requirements applicable to their nationality, destination, and individual circumstances with the appropriate government authorities and travel suppliers.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may recommend that travelers consider purchasing travel insurance.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain circumstances, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, baggage issues, or other covered events, depending on the policy purchased.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable insurance policy, coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures before purchasing coverage.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events does not guarantee that any insurance policy will cover a particular loss, event, or circumstance.

Travelers are responsible for considering health, safety, security, weather, and other conditions associated with their destination.

Travel advisories, health requirements, entry requirements, and other travel conditions may change after a reservation has been made.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may provide information obtained from travel suppliers, governmental authorities, or other sources but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may act as a travel advisor, intermediary, or booking agent in arranging services provided by independent travel suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celebrate Life Travel & Events is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, accidents, injuries, losses, damages, or other conduct of independent travel suppliers or third parties.

This may include issues involving airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion operators, or other travel suppliers.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, supplier failures, or other extraordinary events.

In such circumstances, applicable travel supplier cancellation, refund, credit, or rebooking policies may apply.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary to arrange travel.
• Review travel documents, invoices, confirmations, and itineraries promptly.
• Make required payments by applicable deadlines.
• Review applicable supplier terms and cancellation policies.
• Maintain appropriate travel documentation.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Follow the rules and policies of travel suppliers and destinations.
• Promptly notify Celebrate Life Travel & Events of changes to contact information or travel requirements.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their itinerary and confirming that names, dates, destinations, accommodations, transportation, and other booking details are accurate.

Users agree not to use the Celebrate Life Travel & Events website:

• For unlawful purposes.
• To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• To attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• To submit fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• To copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
• To introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.

The Celebrate Life Travel & Events name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, marketing materials, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No person may reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit the proprietary materials of Celebrate Life Travel & Events without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of the Celebrate Life Travel & Events website and services is also subject to the Celebrate Life Travel & Events Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Celebrate Life Travel & Events collects, uses, maintains, and discloses personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celebrate Life Travel & Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from travel arrangements or use of the Celebrate Life Travel & Events website, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, limit, or eliminate any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived, limited, or eliminated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celebrate Life Travel & Events, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• A client's violation of this Agreement;
• A client's misuse of the Celebrate Life Travel & Events website;
• A client's inaccurate or incomplete information;
• A client's failure to comply with applicable travel supplier terms; or
• A client's actions or omissions in connection with travel arrangements.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from conduct for which Celebrate Life Travel & Events is legally responsible.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Any provision concerning governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, or venue shall be subject to applicable law.

Celebrate Life Travel & Events may update or modify this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in its services, website, business practices, or applicable laws.

Updated terms will be posted on the Celebrate Life Travel & Events website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Celebrate Life Travel & Events website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
